My experience dealing with this young man and dealing with my mom's house was a good experience. You were very polite, you were very honest. You shook our hand and the deal was the deal. You kept it that way. You walked us through things that were difficult for us. You helped us on the way. I had got nothing but good to say about you. It was a pleasure working with you. It was a pleasure for you to let us come back and see the house because we wanted to see mom's house. What it would look like when it was all done, great job. You should be proud.
